It seems that once I have downloaded an email on my desktop computer, I am unable to view the contents again on my iPhone or iPad. This has only occurred since the security scare a couple of weeks ago. The headings are there but the content is not. Apple think the problem is with talktalk and that to restore it to normal is now a paid-for option. There does not seem to be a mention of this on the "my account" page. Any suggestions?
