Despite contacting TAlktalk several times about this problem I was told it was nothing to do with them and that it was a fault with my IPad and that it must have a virus!! We all know IPads can not get virus's. However i went to my Apple shop and was told that the problem was with my Internet provider and not my IPad. On calling TT again it was finally established that the fault lay with TT, but I was told that it was no longer a problem and I was advised to delete all the emails in my Inbox. I did as I was told, and my Inbox was empty for a minute or two and then they all returned. I was then told by TT to keep deleting and they would finally go. I have followed this advice 7 times, but they all return again. I am also unable to send emails to certain sites and I am repeatedly told that my password is incorrect. I am becoming very disallusioned with TT, you can never get a straight answer and they seem to refuse to take responsibility for their faults. I for one will be cancelling my contract when it comes to renewal. In the meantime can anyone help me rid my Inbox of over 10,000 messages that I have already read and discarded.
