Can anyone provide a simple explanation and possible solution to the excessive amount of spam e-mails I'm receiving - in the region of 70-75 a day.
Prior to the 'hacking incident I never had a problem.
Following advice shown on the various "help" pages I forwarded the "show header" information to both the "phishing" and "abuse" email addresses. After a couple of days it subsided but only for a week/10 days and it is now back with a vengence.
I have never opened any of them . Tried deleting them using the"spam delete" which purports to block any future receipts but nothing seems to stop them.
I have tried to be understanding but my patience is now wearing very thin. I'm paying for a service/contract that TalkTalk appear to be unable to fulfill. I'm not interested in the promise of free boosts, etc, I just want all this junki mail stopped.
