OK My GOTADSL email is back up again - don't know whether I have lost any emails though
Could someone please confirm whether this issue (GOTADSL email down) is related to :

Incidentally - how are we supposed to trust a company ho write such imbecilic advice as :
Resolved: Emails can't be received on your accountUnfortunately as we were increasing our security online some customers may have experienced problems receiving email. This was during the period Wednesday 11th November at 16:30 and Thursday 12th November at 10:45. These customers are now able to receive email again, however, any emails not delivered during this period will have been lost.
If you believe your emails were not delivered during this period, we recommend you contact the sender to resend the email. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I mean - how do we know whether a non-arrved email was actualy sent and by whom ?
Think about it and laugh !!
