Since updating my passwords on my homecall email accounts I am unable to log into them.

I have 2 homecall email addresses and one talktalk address. Since updating the password on the homecall addresses, they have ceased to be available on web mail or via client. My TalkTalk address is fine. I get a wrong password message on the web page. I have had two phone conversations with tech support but no resolution. Has anyone else had this kind of problem?
