After months of problems I deleted my Tiscali account. I then tried to create a new one for the same address. This procedure had worked temporarily in the past. A Name and Password is required. I reset the email password only to find that my recently reset password for My Account no longer worked but had been replaced by the email password reset. How do I find a Name that is accepted together with the new password?
