What on earth is going on? Mail downloaded to Outlook successfully this morning but by midday the only way I can see new mail is to allow all the mail on webmail server to download for the umpteenth time.
To make matters worse (not that they could get much worse after reading all the angst on the forum) I can no longer access Webmail. Just get a blank page, not even the annoying ads now either.
If it's taken almost 2 weeks to recognise there's a problem, how much longer is this hassle going to continue before customers have a fully functional, robust and reliable email service again?
