This email account, the only one I use for mail out and in, has disappeared from MyAccount. I cannot get any sensible help, just circular paths round unavailable Help or error messages. Contact with TalkTalk produced daily 'try again tomorrow', to a promise it would be rectified as a priority in 2 - 3 days, now passed, 22 days all together, and nothing. There is much information on this account that is essential to me, I MUST be able to use it. What on earth is going on? The only improvement is that the message posted every day since Oct 21st) that 'webmail is working as normal' was removed about 2 days ago.
Where is the expertise, where are the resources, where is the customer support? Nothing except being put off, put off, put off, and wasting acres of time trying the impossible. And when the new slimmer MyAccount finally re-appeareard, a queue to get to the login screen -what is that? Oh, another lie - the stated 13 minute wait, low enough to make it worthwhile waiting, was jumped back 6 times from the 'you are next' message to a new queue number -2 hours to get in, and then no solution. HELP ME
