My email client is Microsoft Outlook 2010. Since the 'incident' in October all my emails have been marked as ***SPAM*** and get sent to the junk folder, including from people on my safe senders list. This isn't happening when I read my emails with TalkTalk Webmail. I have turned off email filtering in Avast! free edition but it doesn't make any difference. I have tried altering the rules for filtering junk in Outlook but that doesn't make any difference. I have used live chat to ask about this problem; the problem was escalated to Network but they asked me to phone them on my mobile. As I am on pay-as-you-go vouchers this didn't seem like a good idea.
