I've had the above message for the last month and your technical support team keeps texting me telling me that it's been resolved but it persists and I'm told to call, and the entire merry process starts anew.
The last person I spoke to admitted that it was a simple 'password needs resetting at your (TalkTalk's) end' issue (the email concerned is listed as one of my aliases in my account (despite technical support initially saying it didnt exist), but I cannot reset the password therein b/c it tells me that the old password is incorrect, which it isnt as it's the same one I've always used and has always worked. This last person also said that they'd simply reset this at their end, which they obviously havent.
Please get this sorted as it's an absolute outrage that something this simple cannot be rectified with minimal fuss and within 4 weeks; yes, four weeks for a poxy password issue, utterly pathetic.
Sorry about my exasperation but I'm sure you'll agree that this is beyond a joke given how many times I've raised this issue and how many times I've been assured it's been fixed only to have to call again.
