Why is EVERY email I now receive marked [SPAM]? This issue has been raised elsewhere in the website

EVERY email I now receive is marked [SPAM].  Why is this happening?  Elsewhere in this dreadful website the question has been asked, I spent a great deal of time yesterday trying to get sense from the 'customer response team' and am really becoming convinced that TalkTalk has NO idea of what customer relationship involves.

Can somebody with authority let me know why I should remain a customer?
