I am getting 554 & 552 errors 'Mail Delivery Failed' messages returned when sending from talktalk to certain other accounts:
I get these example messages:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554-Mail2.Networkrail.co.uk
554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation.
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554-kalahari.karoo.kcom.com
554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation.
Remote-MTA: dns; mk-inbound-2.mail.uk.tiscali.com
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 cmin2mk cmsmtp 5bmVcX2EXB6qk IP Blacklisted (TT103)
Remote-MTA: dns; mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 522 email sent from (192.154.103.138) found on industry IP blacklists, please contact your mail sending service or use an alternate email service to send your email.
The talktalk IP address where the emails are sent from appears on some blacklists:
Protected Sky - TTTL 3064
Spamhaus ZEN - TTL 300
l2.apews.org
as found using these tools:
http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx
http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check
So it seems the talktlak IP addresses are been blacklisted in some cases.
Can this be investigated and resolved?
