I'm an old Tiscali customer from 10 years ago, but not currently a TalkTalk customer. As of yesterday I've been unable to log in to my Tiscali webmail, and unable to send and receive Tiscali emails through my outlook account.
The Tiscali email address has remained my main account, and as you can imagine not being able to send and receive emails has become a problem, as this account is used for everything from utility bills, banking, my mortgage, and applying for jobs, which Im currently applying for.
I'm unable to reset my password as I don’t have a current TalkTalk account.
I'm hearing varying reports from TalkTalk closing down old Tiscali emails without telling customers, to TalkTalk having messed up server settings?
Does anyone have a definite answer to my problems? and will I be able to get my emails again
