Webmail on iPad/iPhone

Hi All

can anyone suggest a solution to a problem I'm experiencing on my iPad & iPhone, which is when a message is loaded, scrolling down or up results in the site crashing and a message "A problem has occurred, the page will be reloaded ", (see screenshot below).  It then asks if I want to submit the page again.  

This is happening nearly every time I use webmail.
