1. Finding this new community forum confusing to post on, previous style was much more user friendly in my opinion, may be I will acclimatise and this is a learning curve . .
2. Talk talk email is currently more inaccessible than accessible - between 'planned maintenance' work being carried out causing disruption to service seemingly every other evening at present and, since that, a number of outages. Can't be bothered to contact Talk talk customer agents who will spend at least 20 minutes re-iterating that they do 'understand' my problems, a further 15 going through security . .. only to offer to stay in touch while they do, seemingly, little to rectify the problem other than insist I text them and only them at whatever the time scale suiting their work hours is, or they text me at equally random points .... All is all I simply, please, would like an email service to call on, when I need refer to it, that loads - preferably at first attempt, rather than try number 3 - and that I can come to rely on. Too much to ask? Talktalk have the remaining 6 months of my contract to solve or I'll clearly be talking with my feet ..... Thank you - rant, for the morning, over.
