Hi I have an very old lineone account and it has been compromised. I know this as all emails to my lineone account forward to another email account. I can see the hackers have been trying to reset other website passwords by getting the forgotten password emails sent to the compromised lineone account. They have accessed at least one of my other accounts this way.
Can you (in order of preference)
a) Tell me how I can reset the password for this lineone email address myself (the address is in my profile. I cannot seem to do this via the talktalk webmail forgotten password facility.
b) Kill this account as it's obviously mismanaged, and horribly insecure.
