My wife's tiscali email account, which she has been using for many years priior to TalkTalk's acquistion of the business, stopped working without warning on Thursday morning 29th Sept. Contacting TalkTalk through live chat brought confusing information but eventually that a number of accounts have been suspended ! Apparently users were sent an email 'a long time ago' about this (UNTRUE !) If the suspension without warning is true it's appalling !
A call to Technical Support brought further conflicting stories and no resolution. Looking at the threads here it looks as though it's a widespread problem. Whether it's screw up or conspiracy we need access to the account again asap. Any ideas gratefully received.
