Second account on webmail, a talktalk account has stopped showing emails. I still get them on Pop 3.

I have two accounts with Talktalk, a Tiscali one that works perfectly on webmail and pop 3. The second, a talktalk account used to work perfectly but has now stopped showing any contents in Webmail.  Any ideas? Many thanks.
