After I have done an epic job in importing all my emails from a POP Lineone account into IMAP and synced this on Webmail I have noticed that one of my devices was starting to sync the older emails first and when looked on webmail I noticed the same.
I can quickly sort ascending descending on the date sorting format but every time I change folder or when I log back in the sorting is always reverted on the show older email first.
What could possibly cause this?
My Microsoft Outlook 2016 client does not have any problem in sorting the emails in the right order even with having selected to show ALL offline emails but for example one my phone email clients is acting as the Webemail does.
If my Outlook is able to sort the emails correctly should the Webmail do the same?
