Hi hoping for help from OCE. My Tiscali email address stopped working over a week ago. My emails are forwarded from the tiscali account to g mail. So I don't access the tiscali webmail. Apparently its been locked because its not been accessed for 1yr. No notification about this from talktalk. This account is our main address we get 30+ emails a day......was told it is fixed this morning its NOT allegedly its been raised to some other team to unlock the account, how long does it take to really annoy the customers! Please Please help so we don't have to use the terrible call centre
