I am having continual problems with email loading slowly or not at all,and also have to wait an age to delete mail. I also have problems with some web pages loading quickly and others taking forever.
Given I am supposed to have superfast broadband I wonder why I am paying extra for similiar speeds to what I had before!
Yesterday I purchased a brand new shiny computer which is allegedly very quick. Although this is the case occasionally it seems that TalkTalk is the reason for the slowness and maybe it is time that I considered changing provider, particularly given the apparent security issues!
Is anyone else having these issues? Can anyone suggest what the problem is or a sloution?
