No Emails in Inbox!

Hi,

 

Im hoping an Admin will pick this one up again.

 

Ive been here before with this issue but still cant resolve it. My account has one or two email accounts registered for me and my family. My wifes account is showing 0 emails in the inbox.

 

I have set-up a forwarding rule to GMail and they are all coming through OK. I know she has many many emails that need deleting (tNo easy with talktalk when you have many) but my email account is in much the same mess but I can see all of mine.

 

Can my wifes email  account either be reset, or is there a simple way to delete over 150 pages of emails - many of which is SPAM created by talktalks rather lame filtering!)
