I can always connect to webmail using my Ipad without any difficulty. But if I try using my laptop it's very different. Very occasionally it happens smoothly. More usually, it hangs for ages and sometimes never connects, and if I eventually get connected, I may not see all my emails. If I give up waiting for the connection, disconnect and try again immediately, it sometimes connects straight away. Both the Ipad and the laptop are connecting through the same router. What's going on and how can I resolve the problem? Any help would be much appreciated.
