Not all my emails are arriving, some are slow or fail talktalk authentification tests

One friend with gmail gets messge "It has a from address in talktalk.netbut has failed talktalk.net's required tests for authentication". My wife has a google mail account and now receives nothing. Other emails to gmail can take over a week
