1) The most recent emails in my inbox keep disappearing in front of my eyes. Problem started last week. Also, volume of emails received is way much less than normal.
The problem is limited to devices set up for IMAP. Got one PC using POP where the emails do stay put if I only can get them before any of the IMAP devices refresh their inbox.
The lost emails appear to be permanently gone. There is nothing in thrash or spam folders.
2) Another issue is the inbox often keeps losing all emails. This happens regularly at least five times so far after I set up email to IMAP in November 2015. The oldest email in my inbox is dated 18 Juy 2016.
Could anyone kindly advise any solution to these problems?
