Dear Talk Talk,
When you decommision servers, you need to tell users.
We had originally been supplied with our internet from nildram, who were purchased by tiscali, who were purchased by you. Our exchange servers forwarded outgoing SMTP email through smtp.nildram.co.uk which resolved to smtp.nildram.tiscali.co.uk or [212.74.114.25]. Since lunchtime on 29 July 2015, that machine has stopped processing emails and hence our email has been bouncing back as delayed......
According to "the internet" your primary SMTP server is actually smtp.tiscali.co.uk which resolves to [62.24.139.43].
It would be really useful if you actually mentioned to your customers, especially those business customers who are likely to have their own internal email servers that will require reconfiguration for such a change.
Thanks a bunch, fingers crossed you'll one day start acting like a responsible and professional organisation.
Regards
