Unable to send email via Outlook or f2s, and can't get through to TT on the phone

Since this afternoon I have been unable to send any e-mails either through Outlook (Office 2010, Windows 7), or using the actual F2S account (maintained by TalkTalk).

 

I tried talking to a LiveChat representative, who told me they have no knowledge of this problem, and then said that TT do not support my e-mail address!

 

I have tried to call customer services on 4 different numbers - every time it goes straight to the automated system, which refuses to recognise my phone number (no matter how slowly I key it in)! As such, I'm unable to actually speak to a person about this.

 

I've read the other threads on this, and my outgoing server (SMTP) is set to 25, and the account is on POP3.
