I have been unable to send emails from my pipex mail account. I managed to get through to somebody at TalkTalk customer services who told me "Sorry but heritage accounts are no longer supported by TalkTalk".........how on earth do I rectify this? I've had the same pipex email account for over 20 years and offered to pay to keep it 'live'...its disgraceful to be treated like this....so will all pipex email accounts now be discontinued?
