MY email wont work. i cant contact smtp.dsl.pipex.com, either by email or by pinging it.

MY email wont work. i cant contact smtp.dsl.pipex.com, either by email or by pinging it.

Ports set up correctly, i can ping the POP server and get emails but i cant ping the SMTP server.

is the server down?

or has it been removed?
