I have an orginal email account, which got spammed when the security was breached a while back.
I was then forced to create another TT email account which is fine, and at the moment spam free.
I went further, and now have all my major email contacts and stuff on Google. That is also free of spam.
Can TT tell me why the orginally account is still being spammed, and continues to do so, when and I mark them as spam, everytime, the next day I find further unsolicited emails on that email account, most recently claiming to be from Morrisons.
Good job I moved my stuff over to the other acounts, and all my personal stuff over to gmail.
Simply cant trust TalkTalk, to provide me with secure email services. What else I'm thinking I cant trust you with.
I still have Asian so called call centre operatives, phoning me on my landline, about issues concerning equipment I dont even own, claiming to represent TalkTalk.
So TalkTalk, it looks like your data breach, was far greater than you told us, and as I've reitterated on many time, I suspect that breach is on the Indian sub-continent where you sub contract your contact centres too.
When are you going to sort this fiasco out, and if you won't you will lose my business
And dont please think, I am IT illiterate, because thats the worst mistake you could ever assume.
I'm asking for a OE to pm me, as I refuse to speak to Asia, and I'm not publishing my details on here, and I'm not really sure who I can trust on TalkTalk anymore
