My e-mail address '*******@tiscali.co.uk' stopped receiving e-mails about a week ago.
I can send e-mails so I know that the address is still valid and the password is correct but I can't receive them either with Outlook Express or Webmail.
I have tried the telephone help-line and was told that because this address does not appear in the TalkTalk My Account list of addresses nothing can be done and I will have to set up a new address and inform all my contacts.
Is it not possible to add this email address to my TalkTalk account so that I can manage it ?
