I can no longer access my tiscali email account. I've tried the online help and that is pathetic. A call was logged and I received a text to say things were fixed - they weren't. Further work with the online 'help' process brough no joy.
I then sent a letter explaining my problem and highlighting the fact that I don't have a Talk Talk account - only to receive a reply saying I couldn't be helped as they couldn't find my Talk Talk account details!
I've since replied explaining that I don't have an account but I've not heard anything since - and that's now 6 weeks I've been waiting.
Can anyone offer any advice or is this one for the ombudsman?
