e mail spam

Is anyone else receiving hundreds of spam e mail a week ,I am . The TT spam filters are virtually useless . The issue is that if you open one of these spam e mails it almost certainly contains links into malware , spyware or any other software that is liable to cause  you harm and loss . Be careful with online banking and other financial issues . I believe that TT security is virtually useless and I doubt anything they say . Be prepared for future TT breaches of security .

TT now restrict customers from accessing certain websites by enacting HOMSAFE , they switch it on even if the customers do not want it , This is censorship and if you complain they say they do not know how to turn HOMESAFE off .

This is a "TRAIN CRASH " of a company ,lacking in adequate customer care systems , amateur IT staff that cannot and will not stop customers being inundated with dangerous and unsafe spam  e mails.

When you complain they fob you off with a continuous loop of text messages which mean nothing has been done and if you do not respond to 20 text messages a day , they assume the problems are fixed , they do not ask you , they assume they are .

When you cannot receive e mail , cannot access the internet ,you complain , they do nothing and then hit you with a financial penalty when you try to terminate the contract .

What a way to run a company , I am totally amazed they are still in business .

I asked an IT professional how to stop the spam , he told me how to do it and the problem has been solved in 5 minutes .It has taken TalkTalk 6 weeks to try and figure this out , and by the way , they still have not solved it . Incompetence of the first order . Lets create a Facebook stream and list all the other thousands of unhappy TT customers that are being forced to stay with these cowboys.
