Not downloading specific emails

I have emails from a specific source that I am no longer receiving,.....I am using Microsoft Outlook but these emails are no longer (past month) being downloaded from the server. Have checked my email downloads after they've been sent and their doesn't appear to be any sign of them......They are not appearing in my trash and have been assured by the sender that they have been sent....there's also no trace that I can find of them on my webmail? Is there a filter that might be removing them and if so where is it? Am I missing something simple? Finally am using a forwarding email address to supply this and most of my other email sources to my talktalk address and have done for many years?

Any help much appreciated
