Hello. Can anyone help me with creating Storage Folders on my Tiscali Email account? I'm receiving my emails okay and can create the folders on the talk talk webmail page but they don't sync or come through on my Tiscali account.
I also have a laptop that has Windows 10 and when I first set up my email account it automatically showed as the Outlook account with my Tiscali account included so it looks like it's been forwarded automatically by Outlook.
I also have a Gmail account and I was able to create storage folders on the Google webmail page and they show on my Gmail account so just wandering why Talk Talk or Tiscali don't do the same.
I've been forwarding all my Tiscali emails to my Gmail account so I can keep the important ones!!
