I have a lineone email account that I have been using for many years without any problems. However, several times last year it appeared that junk mails were being sent from the account that were definitely not coming from my end so I am guessing that my password was compromised during the talktalk problems last year. It had gone quiet for quite a while but another wave of junk mails has just been sent. I've started the long process of switching to a new email address but would be grateful in the meantime if someone at TalkTalk could arrange for my password to be reset in the hope that it might stop the junk mails. I have put my information in the 'private notes' section of my personal details.
