I haven't been able to receive any emails to my TalkTalk account since 7 April. This is whether visiting webmail online, or using Outlook on a PC or using an Android app.
I have now been forced to change to a GMail account and inform my contacts, my bank, my mortgage provider, etc, etc, following this latest problem (just the latest of many, as you know). However, I NEED to access the emails I have missed over the last two weeks or more. Please fix this before I cancel.
You have 5 working days to restore my emails or I'm switching to Virgin.
