Since Talktalk upgraded its e-mail, I have had problems which they are unable to solve regarding the contacts list, which I imported from Firefox (was on Windows XP at the time - now on 10) I can forward mails by typing-in the addressee or by starting to type and clicking on the contact as it comes up. But if I click TO, which brings up the full list, and select multiple contacts by holding down the control button, it populates the address bar, but when I click send, it instantly logs me out and defaults to the News & TV Guide page. Same problem with Firefox, Chrome, Expolorer 11 and Edge. It's driving me mad!
I have spent hours on the phone and chat with TT at various technical levels and they finally say it's not a problem of their making. My change to a new PC and upgrade to Windows 10 exactly coincided with the TT upgrade, so there are too many variables. I now wonder if importing the contacts list from Firefox on XP to Firefox on W10 has corrupted it, and would like to try deleting and rebuilding the whole list from scratch, but I can't find how to delete contacts either individually or en-masse.
Can anyone help please?
