I have a personal domain and email address which in the past I have set to forward all email to my Talk Talk address. Unfortunately I have found that often the Talk Talk servers will reject ALL these forwarded emails. I assume some of the servers used by 123Reg are blacklisted, it does not happen all the time but seems to happen every week or so for days on end. Consequently I miss all emails sent to my personal address.
I am in France at present (I travel a lot) so I have changed settings on my 123Reg account to forward all emails via my SFR email address. Not an ideal solution but a temporay fix, and one which works because I am able to set SFR to forward ALL emails regardless of whether it thinks it is spam.
Question. How can I get Talk Talk to do the same and stop blocking what it thinks is Spam. Being in France at present I cannot access Talk Talk My Account, I can only access webmail. Yet another issue following Talk Talks inability to fully protect clients, but lets not go there.
Question: I cannot send email via Talk Talk unless I am connected via talk talk, I do not want to use webmail all the time. Is there any way to get around this? With SFR I can send via their servers from anywhere in the world, so I have to set Outlook to receive Talk Talk and send via SFR. (unless things have changed since I last looked)
