Why is it that after YEARS of service from Talktalk with not too many problems the service has suddenly changed to absolutely APPALLING?

 

It would appear to have something to do with the so-called new email that has been promoted for the last 6 months.  Why oh why do these providers mess around with things that were perfectly OK - and screw it up entirely. 

 

I am so sick of signing back in 50 times a day, waiting for emails to appear, waiting for any email deletion/move/print, connection dropping countless times daily etc etc etc.

 

Put it right Talktalk - or lose yet another customer (after 6 years!). I really can't stand too much more of this.
