For the last few days whenever I access my e-mail boxes using web-mail, I encounter the above screens before reaching the web-mail home page.
I can appreciate that some users do and can forget detail like passwords
As I'm a paid up subscriber to TalkTalk, surely the phone number is already recorded on my account? Along with my postal address.
As I'm called by several "companies" (crooks) who seem to know about my use of TalkTalk, I feel that to give even more detail is an unnecessary step.
Cannot the fact that my phone number already exists in My Account be used along with the authentication of my password / e-mail name be recognised when I sign in ?
