I really do not know what else i can do , i have made contact with TalkTalk more then once about hundreds of phishing emails i receive , going back months they advised that i sent them to phishing@talktalkplc.com ,i do this but i get a reply from Abuse saying that i have sent to the wrong address and send to phishing@talktalkplc.com ,which i have done with every single email , but still they come back from Abuse , i have reported this more then once ,i am told it will be fixed ,when they say the fault has been fixed it never has ,the last time i asked about it i realized they had not grasped my fault , they were thinking i could not send or receive emails ,i was once told to send to junk box or get rid of them myself by clicking on unsubscribe if that was in the email ,which sometimes they are ,but i have found out that when i do that i receive more phishing emails, i think it is a scam ,i am very surprised that TalkTalk has not been more helpful when it comes to security ,i worry about this because i have had people phone me up pretending to be from TalkTalk asking my details .
