Like so many others, my experience of email via talktalk over the past 9 months or so has been frustrating to say the least.
I have to mention that I have NOT suffered with the problems others are still reporting. All through this period, my only trouble has been with the inability to log on, and requests for password - but this was intermittent (but still on a daily basis nevertheless) I hasten to add that I send and receive a lot of mail on a daily basis.
For the last 4 weeks, I have now a reliable fully operational email system which suddenly happened! I am pleased of course, but am at a loss to understand why so many still have horrific problems.
For the record I have 4 computers (1 x PC on windows 10 64 bit - 1 x PC on Windows 10 32 bit + 2 Windows 10 Laptops 32 bit) All use pop3.and in each case they use thunderbird for email purposes (I will not use TT's webmail if you paid me)
Am I the only one who has a working system? - Why would this be?
I suppose that if people have a working system they would not be looking in on this forum anyway.
I have asked in provious posts if people would indicate if they are using TT webmail - but the response has not been received. I feel this information is vital to tracking the overall problem that TT is not getting to grips with even after all the promises and re-assurances given.
Regrettably no one will respond to this from TT, and we will continue to be kept in the dark. Your thoughts however will be welcomed
