Why am I not able to bring in my email on my iPad

After all the problems that TalkTalk have completely denied having despite something like 53000 odd people complaining on this community site I am now not able to bring in my email in my iPad and keep getting the error message " cannot get mail. Mail.talktalk.net is not responding".   Check you have the correct settings. I have made absolutely no changes to my settings since the last time I received emails which was Wednesday.  

 

Does anyone know who to write to about all these dissatisfied customers.  I am already writing to the BBC Rip Off Britain because we are certainly being ripped off here and also watchdog and Ofcom ombudsman.

 

I have had 3 phone calls from 'Managers' at TalkTalk calling me to help me solve my complaint and each time I have explained the situation about the 5000 emails that broke my iPad they claim to know nothing about it!!!! It must be my equipment they say.  When I told them that I had lost loads of very valuable emails that were receipts for goods and business papers they offered me £3 compensation.  To remove all the emails I had to delete the account and reinstall it so all emails were gone and also deleted from webmail.

 

How is does one get in touch with the Management of TalkTalk here in the UK who is accountable to its customers.  I am thinking of putting a full page advert in a major newspaper
