Hi,
I have been using mail redirectors to my TalkTAlk account for about 3 years with no problems at all as far as I know.
But recently people have been phoning me to say that they are get emails sent to me marked as rejected.
I contacted the redirection company (i.e. 123REG) and they say that the messages are being rejected by TAlkTAlk with the error Too Many Messages (TT409) or Too Many Spammy Recipients (TT406) and the problem is with TalkTalk . I actually do the same thing from a Gmail account (i.e. forward them to TAlkTalk) and the same thing is happening. The full message Gmail has is:-
(generated from ???)
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<??? caf_=1234=???@gmail.comSIZE=37217:
host mx.talktalk.net
[62.24.202.42]: 550 5.1.0 fxvZaalazLcEA Too Many Spammy Recipients (TT406)
Note: email addresses above removed... and I should point out that the messages were individual ones - not hundreds (i.e. not spam)
I note that others in the forum are having the same problem - so whats going on chaps?
Thanks
Barry
