the new style email account much slower, too much clicking and moving around & sending emails slow?

the new style email format is too faffy, too many buttons to click and why when you simply want to hit "send", it comes up with an option every time to ask if you want to add multiple recipients - so annoying. Also, is anyone finding that just typing in a new email, there is a slight delay, therefore, your words are scrambled??
