I have a @dsl.pipex.com e-Mail account. Have the settings for this type of account changed?

The online guide says use ports 110 for incoming mail and 587 for outgoing.

110 connects to the server and tells me I have 132 mails, none of which will download.

Port 587 won't connect so I needed to back out the change to port 25 to send mails.

I've tried deleting all the mails on the server through webmail to unblock any "bad" e-Mails that are blocking the download. I've tried turning off my firewall - neither of which works.

It seems Talk talk have done something server-side that's messed up my e-Mail client.

Has anyone resolved this?

Is this anything to do with a recent migration away from the old webmail page that the chatline mentioned?

c. 23/02/2016.

p.s. I have a *.*@talktalk.net account that works fine......
