The issue of deleted emails returning in their thousands as well as being duplicated up to 12 times has now got beyond a joke.
I emailed Dido Harding two days ago and received replies from two different 'managers' saying they were sorry and they would look into it immediately and get back to me. Still waiting Dido!!
i have had this problem now for over 2 weeks. Emails from 2013 to present day returning in duplicate even though I have deleted 2013 and 2014 deleted emails from Webmail. I have spoken to the Helpline without success - they should change their name to Unhelpfuline!
My ipad, our iPhones and our home PC all have this problem. We now have the additional problem of our phones and iPad have no storage left! Thanks TT. What a shoddy, disgusting way to treat people. It would appear no one has noticed the huge amount of complaints on this site.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, NOW!!!!
I would suggest everyone emails Dido with their complaint, maybe someone, somewhere may have some sympathy with us!! i was given a number to ring if I wanted to speak to someone, that it the next step. 0333 001 1054 Samara Hussain at Chief Executive office.
