Hi, I understand that TT are to advise us when 'My Account' is available and then advise on method to change password.
Might this be an opportunity to resolve the email password problem???
Among the many hundreds of posts on the problem of email passwords I recall that one or more of the OCE's suggested that having different password(s) for email to that of 'My Account' may be the problem. Suggesting that one only password for both would avoid confusion within the TT System.
It will be most helpful if TT Management can advise on this point and perhaps solve the email confusion???
An opportunity NOT to be missed. If we have to change then let's get it right!!!
