Tiscali email problems

Any body else having problems with Tiscali emails apart from Web Mail?
Mozilla Thunderbird Email and Outlook Express Email programs have stopped
receiving or sending emails with (TalkTalk) Tiscali accounts.
Technical Support tried to tell me that they not longer support these Email programs and
that I would have to use Web Mail instead, but when I pointed out that TalkTalk Emails
still work in these programs they said they would look into it. That was a week ago.
Both Mozilla Thunderbird & Outlook Express access emails better and faster that using
Web Mail which is very slow and not always reliable, it can takebetween 10 to 15 seconds
just to delete an email or access your in box.
